Description of Duties
This is a supervisory position responsible for the proper cleaning and minor maintenance of several buildings or facilities. Duties involve coordinating office moves including furniture and equipment. The supervision and participation of grounds maintenance work may also be performed. The employee reports directly to, and works under general supervision from a Town Supervisor or other higher- level staff member. General supervision is exercised over staff who performs duties such as cleaning and maintenance staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma plus four (4) years paid full-time or its part-time equivalent* experience in building maintenance activities.
