Description of Duties
This is a professional nursing position located at Monroe County Department of Human Services, Children's Detention Center. This nursing position involves providing general nursing care services and direct patient care. Registered Professional Nurses will be required to successfully complete a medication examination prior to permanent appointment. This position will share on-call duties with the Clinic Coordinator with compensation. On-call services will be primarily weekdays but may also include every other weekend. Work involves implementing clinic policies and procedures in accordance with New York State and local regulations and guidelines. The employee reports directly to and works under general supervision of the Clinic Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered school of nursing.
