Description of Duties
This is a clerical position responsible for performing routine library clerical duties necessary for the proper organization and distribution of library materials. Employees report directly to and work under the director supervision of a higher-ranking clerical employee or professional library personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be permanently employed in the non-competitive class at the Gates or Penfield Public Libraries and must have served continuously on a permanent basis for twenty-four (24) months holding the position of Library Aide immediately preceding the date of the written test.
