Description of Duties
This is an administrative librarian position involving responsibility for overseeing all library functions. Duties involve carrying out broad policy as determined by the library board. General supervision is exercised over subordinate staff such as an Assistant Library Director III, Librarians, and other library staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be permanently employed in the competitive class in the Town of Webster and must have served continuously on a permanent basis for twelve (12) months holding the position of Assistant Library Director III immediately preceding the date of the written test.
