Senior Energy Program Evaluator

Description of Duties
This is a senior-level position responsible for supervising the work of Energy Program Evaluators and assisting in the interpretation and application of Federal, State and local energy assistance laws and energy assistance programs. In situations where this position does not directly supervise the lower-level positions, the work will involve responsibility for providing technical assistance and direction to sub-contractor employees. The employee reports directly to and works under the general supervision of the Senior Energy Program Coordinator. General supervision may be exercised over Energy Program Evaluators.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be permanently employed in the competitive class at the Monroe County Department of Human Services and must have served continuously on a permanent basis for twenty-four (24) months holding the position of Energy Program Evaluator, Examiner, Examiner- Bilingual, Child Support Examiner, or Child Support Examiner- Bilingual immediately preceding the date of the written test.
A combination of time served in multiple titles sufficient to meet the maximum period of required service is also qualifying.
