Description of Duties
This is a supervisory position in the Monroe County Clerk's Office responsible for planning, supervising and administering legal document processing and recording activities. The employee reports directly to and works under the general supervision of the Assistant Deputy County Clerk or other higher-level staff member. Direct supervision is exercised over a clerical staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be permanently employed in the competitive class in the Monroe County Office of the County Clerk and must have served continuously on a permanent basis for twenty-four (24) months holding the position of Recording Clerk immediately preceding the date of the written test.
