Accounts Payable Supervisor

Description of Duties
This is a supervisory position responsible for reviewing and editing claim vouchers, charges, and purchase orders for payment, in compliance with State, County, and municipal rules and regulations. The employee reports directly to, and works under the general supervision of the Director of Accounting or a higher-level administrator. General supervision is exercised over a clerical staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be permanently employed in the competitive class at the Greece Central School District and must have served continuously on a permanent basis for twelve (12) months holding the title of Principal Account Clerk or twenty-four (24) months holding the title of Senior Office Account Clerk immediately preceding the date of the written test.
